Job Purpose

Reporting to the project manager/site management team the candidate will be required to complete a Plumbing apprenticeship and meet all of the stages set out by the recognised training facility which will be attended throughout the apprenticeship.
The role will involve working alongside a fully trained operative as part of our site team delivering maintenance works on various sites across the Midlands area.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to develop the ability to deliver their chosen trade and multi-disciplined works associated with their chosen trade.

Main Responsibilites

The individual shall be able to demonstrate their desire to become part of the site team:

• Carrying out repairs to a variety of building alongside the tradesman they are teamed up with.

• Involvement with refurbishment, planned and reactive maintenance and new build works.

This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Apprentice Plumber and the range of duties to be undertaken. It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.

Opportunity to be appointed as a Plumber once apprenticeship is complete. Future development could include management responsibilities depending on the candidate and their career goals.
