Fleet management firm gears up for office move

Midlands fleet management and vehicle leasing company, runyourfleet, is set to relocate to a new office.

After outgrowing its current location in Henley-in-Arden, the company is settling into a 9,000 sq ft space at Remus 1, 2 Cranbrook Way on Solihull Business Park.

runyourfleet will be ready to operate from its new Midlands base starting December 9.

Legal support for the move came from Stephen Goodens at Standley & Co, while the seller was represented by Browne & Jacobsen.

runyourfleet provides fleet management, leasing, rental, and salary sacrifice schemes, serving clients from accountancy firms to multinational corporations.

Steve Whitmarsh, chief executive of runyourfleet, said: “We have grown rapidly since we launched in 2011 in our original base at Forward House on Henley-in-Arden High Street. We now work with around 1,200 businesses with fleets from two to over 4,000 vehicles and will soon oversee a managed fleet approaching 40,000 vehicles.

“The time had come to invest in the space we need to continue to grow, and purchasing Remus 1 gives us both space to expand and enhanced facilities for our growing staff numbers.

“Solihull Business Park has a reputation for attracting large corporate occupiers and we are very pleased to be neighbours to the likes of David Wilson Homes, John Lewis, HH Global, Acora and Stonegate Pub Company. The location is also adjacent to many of the key franchised dealerships in Solihull – making it even easier for us to collaborate with these businesses.”
