Talent Match

Talent Match is a pre-employment preparation programme working with 1000 long-term unemployed young adults (18-24) across Birmingham & Solihull who have been unemployed for 12 months or more.

Talent Match aims to harness potential and support people to shape new skills.

Talent Match can offer young people:

· Paid work experience placements

· Opportunities to upskill

· Volunteer tasters

· Business start up advice

· Personal development budget

· Personalised support from a dedicated Coach/Mentor
