OCS Group are looking for friendly and welcoming staff to work in the cleaning, security, stewarding and car parking teams at the NEC Group
of venues. We have vacancies across all our teams in various roles on
a casual basis with flexible shift patterns and the opportunity to work
across all venues.
Can you enthusiastically deliver a fabulous service to thousands of customers, and make sure they have an unforgettable time?
Can you work as part of a team delivering customer brilliance?
Can you work days, evenings and/or weekends?
Are you a great communicator?
For security and car park roles, you may need a current SIA Licence - for which full training can be provided - see our adverts and job descriptions for more details.
You will:
• Receive all training and a uniform
• Work at one of the most prestigious entertainment venues in the country and experience the buzz of high-profile events for yourself.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring customers, event organisers and promoters, clients and visitors have a great experience during their visit
• Keeping the venues in tip-top condition
• Smile and always be welcoming
• Offering help and assistance
