Having left school with only a few GCSEs I felt it was important to show how you can progress and even though education within school is vitality important, you can achieve your career goals through commitment and behaviour. What do you enjoy most in your role as an Enterprise Adviser? Working with the Teachers at Grace Academy to show the children the direct connections between behaviour at school and the expected behaviours in the workplace. We have had several focus groups on how commitment at school develops key life skills that are needed in the workplace to develop and exceed in chosen careers. Overview of your chosen career or career pathway to your current role. I left school with low level GCSEs and re-took those as well as A levels at Collage, following which I went on to do a BA Hons degree in Design. Whilst doing my degree I had several retail roles progressing quickly to management positions. 12 years ago I joined NSL following 10 years as a retail manager keen to work in a people focused industry. Following several moves within the business I really enjoy my current role with NSL in Solihull.
