Why did you become an Enterprise Adviser?

To support learners within the community with knowledge of potential career paths they may not be aware of and to inform and advise learners, parents and to support staff around those potential career goals and learners achieving them.

What do you enjoy most or are you most looking forward to in your role as an Enterprise Adviser?

Being a people person, I enjoy those in person interactions. I am passionate about making a difference for others and keeping other people's values and strengths in mind to work with and build upon.

Overview of your chosen career or career pathway to your current role.

Prior to working at Willmott Dixon Interiors I worked in another area of Willmott Dixon Group as well as gaining experience in project planning, organisational and people skills in roles with the NHS, the National Probation Service and Jaguar Land Rover.
